This highlighted where CSG could optimise their candidate sourcing strategies and improve overall recruitment outcomes.

Then we set to examine CSGʼs workflows, proposing the introduction of automation and to assist in reworking processes to eliminate redundant tasks. We fully integrated our platform with CSGʼs existing CRM system creating a unified ecosystem for talent acquisition, enabling seamless data exchange and reducing the need for duplicate data entry.
